Our streamlined customer service makes the process quick and easy for submitting Request For Quotes (RFQs), reviewing service options, and maintaining visibility of your material throughout the process.

Whenever you have a need for a quote for services, simply call (512) 535-1677 or email our sales department (Sales@GD4Test.com). Once an RFQ is received, our sales team will submit the request to our engineering department, who will review and detail the parameters required to process the material. Typically, within 1-2 business hours from receipt of the RFQ you will have a quote that outlines the services and testing involved, giving you visibility of the specifics being quoted for the job, and allowing you to pass this information along to an end user.

Once we receive notice from you that material is incoming, our engineering team begins preparing the necessary hardware and software, to ensure a quick turn time. As material is received, all lots are processed through our Q/A Incoming standards, which includes physical counts of all material, visual inspection (including incoming conformance to IDEA-STD-1010-A standards), digital photographs of all material, and material validation process documentation.

Following incoming processing, the material is then put through the various steps as outlined in the service quote, including Electrical Testing, Decapsulation Die Validation, Tape and Reel, etc. Through this entire process our customer service team will maintain material status visibility and apprise you of any issues found.

Once servicing of material is complete, it is once again sent through our Q/A process for final quality inspection, verifying all tests where completed as outlined. A final count is performed, and a Certificate of Results is generated. This certificate is then sent via E-mail to you for immediate final results reporting. This certificate is also included in the return packaging of the material. Material is then packaged and returned per shipping instructions (USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL). Upon request, we may also drop ship material to third parties as required.
